Must share my latest experience: I had planned to pick up new prescriptions last Saturday morning when the shop opened. At 8:00am realized that I needed a refill on another drug. Sent an email request hoping that it might be filled before I arrive at 10:00. At 9:30 my phone rang telling me that my refill would be waiting for me with the rest of my order when they opened at 10:00. Wow!
